イ　I'm not busy.　am not の短縮形はない。I'm not busy.。

is　主語「This book」の中心が 1 つか複数かで決める。答え is。and でつながれば複数、my / this がついても中身が 1 つなら is。
エ　Yes, she is.　名前や名詞は代名詞に置きかえて答える。Yes, she is.
エ　I play tennis.　「する」は一般動詞。1 つの文に動詞は 1 つなので、be 動詞と並べない。
ウ　It's on the desk.　Where は場所を聞く。be 動詞＋場所（on the desk）で答える。Yes / No では答えない。
are　主語 They → are。
エ　Are you from America?　B が No, I'm not.（I で答えている）ので、A は you で聞いている。Where には Yes／No で答えない。
エ　Ken is thirteen years old.　Age: 13 → thirteen years old。Jun は baseball team、好きな食べ物は curry、Club: tennis team なので部活に入っている。

エ　Tom and I are good friends.　Tom and I は複数（we）なので are。friends も複数形。
イ　① Is　② it isn't　that は単数で Is。答えは it で受けて it isn't。
ウ　My cat is under the table.　be 動詞＋場所（under the table）は「〜にいる」。他は「〜です」（名詞・形容詞）。
エ　This is my pens.　This is（単数）に pens（複数）は合わない。This is my pen. または These are my pens.。
エ　friend　正しい順は My brother and his friend are in the gym now.（3 番目は friend）。主語が「兄と友達」の 2 人なので be 動詞は are。主語のかたまり and his friend を先に作る。
ウ　No, it isn't.　あとの It's my sister's.（姉〔妹〕のです）から「いいえ」。that で聞かれたら it で答える。
